• Operational & Client Account Data: Scope-of-work documentation, SOP guidelines, carrier appointments, and workflow credentials provided under specific Client Service Agreements (CSAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Technical & Analytical Data: Basic anonymized log data (IP address, browser type, referring pages, device characteristics) used exclusively for performance monitoring and security auditing of our website.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is utilized exclusively for:

• Delivering contracted back-office operations (e.g., surplus lines filings, licensing management, CSR workflows, AI assistant prototyping).
• Scheduling and conducting consultation and onboarding calls.
• Ensuring technical security, preventing fraud, and adhering to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade client data or operational information to third parties.
